Summary

Pressure mounts on the residents as the National Board exams approach, and a stressed-out Armstrong (Kim Miyori) makes a tragic misdiagnosis. Ehrlich (Ed Begley Jr.) is distracted by the arrival of his eccentric Aunt Charice (guest star Louise Lasser).
