@issue at the Movies - featuring the film In Between - Canada is a country of immigrants. But lately things have gotten much worse for new Canadians. Using the new movie In Between, @issue looks at some of the reasons why. The film tells the story of an Albanian family who come to Canada in search of a better life. However, once they arrive things don't go as planned. Like many new Canadians they struggle with finding work. For example, an immigrant's ability to earn the same as Canadian born women.
